Why we recommend it
Where the Black Dagger Brotherhood begins: Wrath and a human woman being transitioned into the vampire world. Ward writes the paranormal romance at full scale — the Brotherhood is established, the war is ongoing, and the love story between the most formidable vampire and the most resistant human is the engine of one of the genre's most sustained series.
