Why we recommend it

Grief and grudges drive this brooding revenge romance, where tears fall as readily as bodies. A haunted, dangerous hero chases retribution while an unexpected connection threatens his resolve. For fans of heavy emotional stakes, morally grey men, and love that grows in the shadow of loss, it offers atmospheric darkness, slow-building intimacy, and the ache of wanting someone you were never meant to keep.
