Why we recommend it

A warlord who is exactly as grim as the title implies — no warmth, no gentleness, and a very specific reason why the human woman in front of him is the only thing that changes that. Eidem writes the alien romance with the grim taken seriously: the warmth earned here means something because of where it started.
