Why we recommend it
A bi-awakening unfolds under dangerous watch in this MM dark romance. Forced closeness in a ruthless empire pushes two men toward a connection neither planned, charged with discovery, dominance and obsession. Expect simmering tension, possessive devotion and the heady tension of wanting something forbidden. For readers who love crime-world menace, slow-burning queer heat and a hero who guards what he claims, this Victor's Empire entry delivers intensity and emotional reckoning in equal measure.
