Why we recommend it

A companion collection set in a world of captive princes, court intrigue, and slow-burning forbidden desire. These shorter pieces deepen a saga known for its tension between captor and captured, where power, pride, and longing tangle into something dangerous. Best for readers already enchanted by morally complex M/M romance against a backdrop of conquest and politics. Elegant, fraught, and quietly devastating in its emotional pull.
