Why we recommend it
A snarky, self-aware vampire romance with bite and banter to spare. The reluctant-slayer setup promises plenty of supernatural mayhem, sharp humour and reluctant attraction sparking between natural enemies. Lighter on the darkness scale but rich in wit and tension, it suits readers who like their fangs paired with comedy and a slow-building, will-they-won't-they pull. Sassy heroine, dangerous love interest and campus chaos make this an easy, entertaining bite.
