A dark mafia romance built around a hero who wears the villain's crown without apology. Expect simmering menace, a power imbalance that crackles on every page, and a heroine drawn toward the very man she should fear. Morally grey to the bone, this opener promises possessive intensity, danger-laced desire, and the kind of obsessive devotion dark-romance readers chase. Heat and shadow in equal measure.
