Why we recommend it
Taken as a prize and thrown into the orbit of a fearsome warlord, the heroine sparks a fated-mates clash that smolders from hostility to need. This dark fantasy leans into captive tension, enemies-to-lovers friction, and a protective beast of a hero. Readers who love forced-proximity longing, monstrous alphas, and battlefield romance will find this eighth ruthless installment fierce, atmospheric, and pulse-quickening.
