A high-tension M/M dark romance pitting a defeated general against the emperor who claims him. Built on power imbalance, surrender, and the slow erosion of resistance, it leans hard into captor-captive dynamics and forbidden longing across enemy lines. Ideal for readers who want commanding antagonists, fraught submission, and a charged push-pull where conquest and devotion become impossible to separate.
